Can I have a payday loan put on a prepaid credit card?

Also if I were to open a checking or savings account, would I be rejected from a payday loan until the account has been active for a certain amount of time

if you get a payday loan you MUST have a valid checking acct and it has to have been open for a full 30 days. You cannot get a payday loan if you just have a prepaid credit card as they have no way of recovering their money when the loan comes due.
