Payday Advance Loans

Can be expected from someone who got deeply involved in these loans payday advance?

My fiance owes over $ 3,000 more than 10 payday advance stores and I do not see a way for him to get out short of filling bankruptcy. He must write a new check every month to pay old and he cannot seem to get caught.

I hope you are not on the current account first. No offense but you do not want to be in the hole with him. He needs to seek outside help. Go to the bank (if it has good relationship with them) and see if can help. Otherwise, he must find a friend or family member who could / would lend him the money all at the same time it can pay.
