National Payday Loan
How to get this person to stop calling me?

I was called to get a person named David Becker, who has all my personal information. He said that I took a payday loan in 2007 and the bank called the U.S. Bank National sent me to court fraud. Now, I contracted payday loans, but have returned. I did a search on the number he told me to remind and the fate of this person I call you back in New York, he has a heavy Indian accent and he threatened to send me to court and sued me if I do not pay $ 875.00 dollars by Friday. I feel that this is a scam, but I do not know what to do or how to stop calling me and him not to do with my personal information.

Ok … first thing you need to do is pull a credit report. Freeeeeee credit report dot come (everybody sing!) … but seriously try it there, or www.annualcreditreport.com is another site that works. Check your credit report, see if loans are in default or loans outstanding showing with U.S. National Bank "… otherwise, he is lying. Ask all of its information, telephone number, mailing address, and name of the supervisor. Tell him you will get a lawyer and need information to the agent. If level, you get all that info … if on the level you really need to speak with a lawyer about this anyway.
