How do I get my cash register Royal?

My model of cash register Royal Alpha 9155sc gave me exactly one and one-half day of use before I alert the error "printer" with a beep. I tried to do a half clear and a light suit, but in vain. I unplugged the cash register, removed the battery, it is connected to the back after few hours. Now when I try to set the date, I can not hear the key tone, and an error message "CNTRSNA" shows the screen with a beep. Any help is greatly appreciated.
